Terms of service
These terms apply to merchants using the parcel delivery and related support services of PDN Express B.V.
Scope of services
PDN Express B.V. provides the PDN Driver application and related parcel intake, route planning, last-mile delivery, tracking support and delivery exception handling in the Netherlands. Services outside the Netherlands are provided only where expressly agreed in writing. PDN Driver is not an Amazon data product and is not sold separately from contracted parcel delivery.
Service requests and onboarding
A quote request does not create a delivery agreement. Services begin after commercial onboarding is completed and a signed contract is in place, including agreed service areas, volumes and delivery windows.
Authorisation and account use
Where a merchant authorises PDN to receive shipment information, authorisation is granted through Amazon OAuth. PDN never requests the Seller’s Amazon password, access keys, secrets or customer order files. PDN accesses only the information needed to deliver parcels through PDN Driver.
The merchant is responsible for granting and revoking authorisation through the formal Amazon process and for keeping its own account credentials secure.
Pricing and payment
Prices are set in the quote and contract and may reflect service area, monthly volume, parcel weight and size, pickup requirements, delivery windows, delivery attempts and optional operational services. Prices and invoices are in euro (EUR) and payable within the agreed term.
Parcel and delivery requirements
Parcels must be correctly labelled, adequately packaged and free of prohibited or restricted goods. Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of recipient addresses. PDN records delivery attempts and outcomes and may return parcels that cannot be delivered.
Data protection and confidentiality
Each party handles the other’s information confidentially and processes personal data in line with applicable law and the PDN privacy policy. PDN does not resell delivery data or use it for advertising or cross-merchant analysis.
Suspension and termination
Either party may terminate in accordance with the contract. PDN may suspend services for non-payment, prohibited goods, repeated non-compliance with parcel requirements or where continued service would breach applicable law.
After OAuth revocation or contract termination, PDN deletes Amazon Information in line with the retention periods in the privacy policy, except where documented law requires longer retention.
Limitation of liability
Liability is limited as set out in the contract and applicable law, including limits on indirect and consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Complaints and disputes
Complaints should be submitted to customer.service.nl@pdn.express with the relevant PDN parcel numbers. The parties will first seek resolution in good faith. Disputes are governed by Dutch law and subject to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless agreed otherwise.
Changes to these terms
PDN may update these terms. Material changes are communicated to contracted merchants in advance, and the effective date at the top of this page is updated accordingly.
Independent service provider
Amazon and Selling Partner API are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. PDN Express B.V. is an independent service provider. Delivery services are provided under contract with the merchant and are not an Amazon programme, endorsement or certification.
Acceptable use
Merchants must not use PDN Driver to obtain, market, profile or resell Amazon Information, to aggregate data across Selling Partners, or to produce insights about Amazon’s business. PDN does not provide Brand Analytics, advertising, pricing tools or inventory-optimisation services.
