PDN Driver, provided by PDN Express B.V., offers contracted parcel intake, routing, last-mile delivery, tracking and delivery-exception support for Amazon Selling Partners in the Netherlands.
Who the service is for
This service is intended for Amazon Selling Partners that contract with PDN for parcel delivery in the Netherlands, for the amazon.nl store. Service availability depends on delivery coverage, parcel requirements and completion of commercial onboarding. Each Selling Partner authorises PDN through Amazon OAuth before PDN makes SP-API calls on that Selling Partner’s behalf.

How onboarding and delivery work

Quote request
The Selling Partner submits a quote request and confirms PDN’s delivery coverage.

Commercial onboarding
PDN and the Selling Partner complete commercial and operational onboarding.

OAuth authorisation
The Selling Partner authorises PDN through Amazon OAuth. PDN never requests the Seller’s Amazon password or access keys.

Minimum SP-API data
PDN retrieves only the minimum SP-API data needed for contracted parcel delivery.

PDN delivery
PDN personnel receive, route, deliver and track the parcels using PDN-managed systems and devices.

Own-parcel reports
The Selling Partner receives delivery status and reports concerning its own parcels.
SP-API access and permitted use
PDN Driver uses the Direct-to-Consumer Shipping role to access the minimum recipient name, delivery address, telephone number and delivery instructions required to route and deliver parcels and resolve delivery exceptions.
PDN does not provide Brand Analytics, advertising, pricing, inventory-optimisation or cross-seller analytics services. Amazon Information is not used for marketing, profiling, resale or unrelated purposes.
Delivery personnel and devices
Deliveries are performed by PDN personnel. Personnel who require delivery information use unique accounts and PDN-issued and managed devices. Drivers can access only the minimum delivery data for their assigned routes through PDN Driver. PDN does not disclose Amazon Information to outside delivery companies or independent delivery parties.
Data protection
PDN retrieves Amazon Information only from SP-API after the relevant Selling Partner authorises PDN through OAuth. Information is limited to what is necessary for parcel delivery, protected through encryption in transit and at rest, MFA, role-based access, least privilege and audit logging, and shared only for the authorised delivery service. Amazon customer PII is deleted within 30 days after parcel delivery or an Amazon deletion request unless documented law requires longer retention. Delivery performed by PDN staff
Deliveries are carried out by PDN personnel using devices issued and managed by PDN. Delivery staff can only access the minimum information needed for the route they are assigned to.
Focused on parcel delivery
PDN Driver is limited to parcel intake, last-mile delivery, tracking and delivery exceptions. We do not provide advertising, Brand Analytics, inventory management, cross-merchant analysis or data resale.
