Frequently asked questions

Does a quote request authorise access to my Amazon information?+

No. Submitting a quote request does not grant PDN any access. Authorisation is handled through a separate formal process after commercial onboarding is complete, and can be revoked by the merchant.

Who performs the deliveries?+

Deliveries are carried out by PDN personnel using devices issued and managed by PDN. Delivery staff see only the minimum information required for their assigned route.

What happens if a delivery attempt fails?+

The attempt and its reason are recorded against the parcel. Depending on the agreed number of attempts, the parcel is rescheduled on a following route or returned, and the exception is visible in your parcel status.

What reporting do I receive?+

Operational reports cover your own parcels only: volumes, scan events, delivery attempts and delivery outcomes. PDN does not aggregate data across merchants.
