Connecting your parcels to PDN

Connecting your parcels to PDN

Merchants hand over parcel data in the way that fits their systems. For Amazon Selling Partners, Amazon Information is retrieved only from SP-API after OAuth authorisation. PDN Driver generates the parcel number and label once a shipment is registered.

Labels and manifests

Print PDN labels per parcel and hand over a manifest at pickup.

Amazon OAuth

Amazon Selling Partners authorise PDN Driver through Amazon OAuth. PDN never requests the Seller’s Amazon password or access keys.

API integration

Register shipments and receive scan events directly from your own system.

A more consistent delivery experience for merchants

Every parcel is recorded against the merchant it belongs to, with reporting scoped to that merchant only.

  • A clear, documented delivery process
  • Unified parcel status management
  • Access only to the information delivery requires
  • Reporting scoped to the merchant’s own parcels
  • Support for delivery exceptions

What the recipient sees

Most delivery outcomes are decided at the door. PDN keeps recipients informed and gives them a way to change the delivery.

  • Delivery notification with an expected time window
  • Option to move the delivery to another day
  • Delivery to a neighbour where the recipient permits it
  • Delivery instructions stored per address
  • Proof of delivery recorded at hand-over
What the recipient sees

Returns and undeliverable parcels

Parcels that cannot be delivered follow a defined path instead of staying open.

Failed delivery

Each attempt is recorded with its reason and rescheduled on a following route.

Return to merchant

After the agreed number of attempts, parcels are consolidated and returned.

Return scans

Every return is scanned and reported, so returned parcels and refunds can be reconciled.
