Merchants hand over parcel data in the way that fits their systems. For Amazon Selling Partners, Amazon Information is retrieved only from SP-API after OAuth authorisation. PDN Driver generates the parcel number and label once a shipment is registered.
Print PDN labels per parcel and hand over a manifest at pickup.
Amazon Selling Partners authorise PDN Driver through Amazon OAuth. PDN never requests the Seller’s Amazon password or access keys.
Register shipments and receive scan events directly from your own system.
Share area, volume and delivery needs.
Contract, rates and service scope agreed.
Formal authorisation for shipment data.
Stations and routes assigned per parcel.
Scans, attempts and outcomes recorded.
Reporting on your own parcels only.
Every parcel is recorded against the merchant it belongs to, with reporting scoped to that merchant only.
Most delivery outcomes are decided at the door. PDN keeps recipients informed and gives them a way to change the delivery.

Parcels that cannot be delivered follow a defined path instead of staying open.
Each attempt is recorded with its reason and rescheduled on a following route.
After the agreed number of attempts, parcels are consolidated and returned.
Every return is scanned and reported, so returned parcels and refunds can be reconciled.
Tell us your Dutch service area and monthly volume. We reply with a written quotation before onboarding. Submitting a request does not authorise access to Amazon Information.
